HELP NEEDED

Hi,

I am living at Holland V. A rental apartment. One of the Pinoy tenants here bought back a dog 2 months ago and start taking care of it. But suddenly, the tenant just move out and without informing or even letting anyone knows. They left the dog behind.
The dog is a local breed brown dog. approx 3 months old. I am currently helping to take care of it, feeding it. But i can't keep it as i already have 7 cats on hand. I really don't have the time and the financial ability to take on one more pet. But I am very reluctant to bring it to SPCA as i know if no one adopt, they will put the dog to sleep. I truly believe this dog should be given a second chance to life and be part of somebody's life. Please let me know if it's possible for you guys to house him instead.
