I'm helping the family to post this adoption ad, my current mongrel puppy Shine and Rocky is actually from the same litter, they are both born in SPCA. Current owner could not take care of the pup as it is too active for the grandparent to handle. Rocky require a firm and experience handler. From what I know, Rocky personality is quite similar to my puppy Shine. Shine is a very active, happy-go-lucky dog, he is extremely smart and loving but could be very naughty if not strict and firm to it.
